Looking into creating my own custom loop in September (Roughly the one year annivesary of me building my PC) as i replaced my original case with a H440, but i'm having issues with temps. I was looking into replacing my Cooler (Mainly for asthetic reasons), and getting a Kraken G10 + H110 for my GPU. That would cost me around £200, so i figured why not use the H440 to its full potential, and create a custom loop?
So first off, here is my plan
and here are the parts i've selected (some of these may change)

So my questions are
1) Are there any glaring mistakes with the part selection?
2) I've gone for a double thick 240mm rad at the front, but i'm not 100% sure it will fit once the pump/res combo is in place. Would i be better just getting a standard thickness?
3)I've chosen a crossflow rad for the top, but i've heard they arent as good at heat dissipation? Is this true?
4) I've read that the H440 top vents are pretty rubbish for exausting, so is it a good idea to use them as intakes as well?
5) Does the premixed fluid come with bio-killers? I read the description but couldnt see anything.
Anything else?
