Can someone make sense of this please - webmail server

Hi,

I've increased my quota from 10MB to 2000MB but my Outlook still sends me emails that I'm above my quota and I should either increase it or delete some emails.

I had a look at the support forum and noticed this post...

but I'm not sure what he means by...

add a filed to the db and a cross ref to in it the ini file.

The authentication method is nwauth by the way as stated when I log in as an administrator on the website.
