I want to re-do our home-page banner on our eShop with 2 x hotspots - cant work it out myself - have found the hotspot creation tools etc but just cant get them to work once saved.

Am I saving them in the wrong format - .jpg ???

I suspect you want a little hand icon to appear when the mouse hovers over a particular portion of an image linking you another part of your site?

If so, a .jpg .gif .png are only image files, which contain no interactivity. These 'hotspot' tools generally create an image map (some html, which you have to add into your code) over the image which contains area of image you ant someone to click.

If you're talking about buttons, i suspect you want a rollover type effect which is different again

You can knock these up quickly using photoshop/imageready too (it will generate all the co-ordinates and the html). You need to remember to add the html code to your page aswell and the new graphic (if you have amended it).
