can someone spec a gaming rig for a relative please

Hi chaps im after suggestions for a rig for 99% gaming and odd bit of downloading browsing,

the budget is roughly £1300, no monitor is needed however a keyboard and mouse suggestion would be great.
os needs to be win8 also.


it will be used on a 144hz monitor, it is only for a young teenager so has to look good, case lights ect

i was thinking maybe amd cpu to spare up cash for gpu, ssd ect but you guys are far more clued up than me hence the question.

any input would be great.
