Can someone speed-test rapidshare for me?

Hi, I'm trying to download something from rapidshare, but my speed is unusually slow.

I usually get 1.1mB/s, but now I'm only getting 40-50kB/s.

Is it just me?

My speeds from Rapidshare are not great unless i use a download manager, using that it goes full wack. This is on O2.

I've been getting some 14-20kbps recently.. then after a while it kicks back up to 240 (my max)

Same thing here since the middle of the month. Works fine late night/early morning, absolutely useless throughout the day.

I can't dl at from rapidshare at all. Tracert just times out.
