Can someone tell me what this is called, Please ?

I need two of these fellas, but i dont know what they are called so unable to search for them.

They hold a small heatsink to a Galaxy 6800 GT ( I removed it to fit watercooling ,but am now going back to air cooling )

A "technical" name would be appreciated and any advise on where i could get 2 of them from ( without breaking the forum rules )

I replaced my stock cooler with a Zalman, I'll have a look at home see it I have any of those leftover.
