Howdy,
I have Vista Ultimate Retail which I bought on release date, but I am sticking with XP for a few months longer until software/drivers update their products to work fully on Vista.
There is one thing that wasn't working with Vista when I tested it, and that was the minimise to the taskbar with iTunes. This works in XP, but they obviously changed sumin in Vista, and iTunes no longer does it on Vista. The image below will show what I mean by "minimise to the taskbar with iTunes":
Could someone with iTunes (and who has run the recent update that apple released for iTunes that solved several Vista issues) and Vista (any version obviously) test if this works? What you need to do is Right Click your taskbar, and select Toolbars > iTunes and when you minimise it should go down there. On Vista, iirc, the iTunes option wasn't even there, so if its there it should work. Be very helpful if some one could do this? If its not there I will prob bump this topic when the next version of iTunes is released... and hopefully someone could test again.
p.s. Before anyone says, I am perfectly aware that WMP10+ minimises to the taskbar, but I don't get on with WMP, so I ONLY want to use iTunes cos its better!
Thanks everyone!
Steve M
