Hello,
We all know about superfetch, the great technology since Vista that allows our otherwise un-used ram to be utilised by mapping files to it.
However, when I'm using RAMMAP ( https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff700229.aspx) to look over the mapped data, while a lot of the cached content makes sense ( games, apps, etc...), some doesn't, Windows is prone to caching media files. Is it possible to ''teach''/tell superfetch to not cache certain file extentions ( .r01-.r99 comes to mind, .mkv, .mp4, etc...) or prioritise certain folders.
Having media cached serves no real purpose and I'd rather see more of my ram filled with games I occasionally play or applications/utilities, for faster loading times!
