can synctoy do this? (or suggest an sync'ing app that can)

i'm in need of a sync'ing app (xp's offline files seems a bit ropey when trying to connect/reconnect and generally not had much luck with it) that will sync files from a server to a laptop.

the files on the server are stored in multiple subdirectories and within each subdir there is another called "old" with older versions of the documents in there. i want the files in the subdirs sync'd to my laptop but not any of the "old" folders.

example:

\\server\share\
\\server\share\docs1\
\\server\share\docs1\old\ <-- dont want this sync'd
\\server\share\docs2
\\server\share\docs2\old\ <-- dont want this sync'd
\\server\share\docs3

I'm not sure about Synctoy but ViceVersa Pro can do that, only problem is Synctoy is free, ViceVersa Pro isn't.

Synctoy can do it.
Folder options -> select subfolders.
You have to manually untick ALL the subfolders within a folder to de-select them otherwise only the files in the folder will be de-selected.
