was reading about the itx model and seems reasonable for a non overclocked card, i keep seeing 2nd hand ones around the 100 mark and very tempted by them, i know they are 4gb, but do they overclock well?

I tested all 5 of mine, easily hit 1350mhz at 0.95v-1.05v, temps with 2000-2100rpm 58-62c in gaming. Or just run the fan at 1800 and temps will rise to a peak of 70c.
Not sure how it compares but here's some scaling.

Stock out the box throttles to 1100mhz,
Firestrike Graphics score 11911 (Gt1 57fps, Gt2 47.1fps)

Overclock 1300core 1750 stock memory
Firestrike Graphics score 13511 (Gt1 66fps, Gt2 52fps)

Overclock 1350core 2000 memory
Firestrike Graphics score 13511 (Gt1 68fps, Gt2 55fps)

Thanks for reply.

I did read a review on it and they did compare it in benchmarks with the bigger 570 & 580 amongst comparable nvidia cards which all cards were overclocked versions so obviously the itx version was behind, just because I have an 8gb 570 nitro obviously that is much better and ran quite well with the 1200, but I can’t use it with my 2600 because I don’t want to change cases, so I’m seeing how good a weaker itx version will fair, something I would overclock to nearly match my big version.
