can the psu handle this and compatibility

I have a corsair 430w PSU and a HD 4850 and a amd phenom ii x4 840 3.2 GHz and a as rock n68gc fx. Is everything compatible? And will the PSU be OK? Also 2gb of ram

Thanks but I am worried. The CPU is 938 pin while my current CPU is 940 pin, is this not a problem
