Hey guys, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, I wasn't exactally sure where it should be. Basically I want to be able to run 1 Cable from one building to another (about 20 meters away) and have several things going through it like the diagram below is attempting to explain using some form of converter at each end or something.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

Doesn't sound feasible. Just have 2 cables for TV and LAN.
I don't think 20m of USB would work anyway, but maybe someone else has more experience!

USB max length is 5m. You can get repeaters which you can chain up to about eight.

Otherwise I can't see how you can get LAN and TV down the same cable...

google for "usb extender"
can extend by eg. 50m

google for "composite video over cat5" or "RGB video over cat5"

a LAN connection will need 4 twisted wires out of your cat5 cable

So theortically possible, but it's making life hard just to use one cable.
I'd use coaxial cable for video though
