If it is all about stock speed then I'd probably go for something like this. You could upgrade to the Arctic Freezer 7 cooler or even the Zalman socket 775 cooler and still be within budget.

Great spec there Semi. Only thing I'd change is the case to slightly cheaper & (IMO) better looking Antec NSK4400 Mini Tower Case - 380W SmartPower PSU (CA-052-AN) for £51.64 incl. VAT :D
