1st I'll apologies if is this is in the wrong forum.
The thing is my brother has a apple tv which i like the idea of being able to beam media to his tv. I have a pc and a 80gb hdd and a Philips dvd player that has a usb connection at the front and would like to be able to do the same thing.
I would like to know if this will work: I was told that if i put hdd into a caddy with a usb connector, format it with fat32 (plus power etc) my dvd player should be able to read it. Plus some how connect wireless to my router?
