Can this board overclock?

Not got a lot of money for this hence the budget model, but I'm trying to put together a cheap gaming setup for somebody and was looking at the "Foxconn M61PMV nForce 430". It will take the spare 7850 BE I have and will also take a GTX 275 so that's sorted, but I'm curious as to whether this board will permit an overclock because I can find next to no info about it and was hoping that somebody here will maybe have some experience with it?

Micro atx boards dont overclock so well as normal atx boards. Considering that its such a cheap mobo, it probably wont have many settings for overclocking. But the Black edition cpu will work fine for multiplier increase, if theres no voltage settings, you wont overclock far. The 275 again will fit, but as its an older mobo, you wont get the most out of it. What is your budget?
