Can this psu and motherboard handle a 980ti?

Hello,

I am building a gaming pc. As the only stress it will be getting put under is through gaming, I have deemed an i5 6600 cpu and cheap h110 motherboard sufficient (I have no need to overclock the cpu this time around) . I am curious though, is this gpu too much for the motherboard? I have read that it doesn't draw more than 75 watts from the pci slot, is this too much long term?

Also, I can get a good deal on an evga 550w supernova psu. Is this sufficient for my system (with potentially a mild gpu overclock in future?).

In an ideal world I would get a slightly better motherboard and more powerful psu. However, this system is already a pretty significant investment and I would rather invest in a more colour accurate 4k colour monitor if possible (amateur photographer).

Thanks.

That motherboard and PSU is fine.

Dont worry about the 75w pcie slot. That is what all motherboards provide - the extra power comes through the PSU PCIe cables.
