It is a minor point possibly but you already have 2gb, 1gb in the retail bundle(which costs the same as buying the parts separately incidentally) and 1gb that you added separately. I'd suggest you get 2gb as 2x1gb sticks though. The system below gives you a better PSU, probably a better CPU cooler and it is cheaper, the CPU is OEM since you don't need the heatsink and you could also drop the Zalman cooler for the graphics card since it has an Arctic Cooler pre-fitted. The Ram cooler is probably also a bit pointless, they have heatspreaders and shouldn't get that hot with what is a relatively minor overclock here(comparative to what some Conroe CPUs are capable of anyway). It now comes in well under budget.

I'd go with 2Gb and a 7900 GTO as I play a lot of BF2 and 2Gb helps out a lot.

The 7900 GTO is a great card and overclocks nicely to 7900 GTX speeds and above.

I can play BF2, FEAR etc all maxed out on my P4 3.4 with no probs!

Suppose it depends if you really want a DX10 compatible card now or your prepared to wait.
