Can u connect the ds to internet with usb?

I know there is the wifi download service but can this be done by connecting the ds to a PC via a USB cable? ( ds lite by the way if this makes any difference)

Nope, what you can get though is a DS wi-fi dongle, which plugs into your PC to let you wirelessly play your DS online. Saying that, though i dont know if it does what you want yer with downloadable things, AFAIK just now its all mainly multiplayer online.
