You get a better HD drive, better RAM, better mobo, energy efficient version of the CPU, proper version of windows vista, two of the best 500GB harddrives out and all for less then the cost of that dell.
 
Plus, nobody's mentioning that DellBoy lock down the bios so overclocking's a no-no. Don't know why anyone that frequents overclocking forums would ever consider one.

Yes your correct its 4x1024, plus i get 3 year warrenty and dell are very good on support.

But you'll be getting much poorer performance for a greater price. 90% of computer problems that would usually get sent back for support can generally be fixed by anyone with a bit of knowledge of computers.
