Can you change edit your submissions on digg?

Hey Guys,

I submitted an article to digg about 12 days ago, do you know if you can bump the post to make it seen by people again? Can you also edit the post, I cannot find an edit button?

Also do you know of any social bookmarking sites or similar sites where you don't need to register to?

Well i published something fresh, that i had written by myself. I just want to learn how to bump it up so people can see it again at the top like when i first submitted it.
