Can you check this spec for me please?

Ive finally managed to saved up enough money so its time for an upgrade!

I only need a new motherboard, ram and a cpu

Could you have a check over this spec please and tell me if its any good or if i could get anything better for that amount of money.

Thanks for your replies, I think I will try a bit of overclocking as I've seen they overclock well, although i haven't done much of it before so a bit of reading up on it is in order.
