Can you delete the contents of the Everywhere/Indexed Locations folders

Hi, while having a look round my Vista Local Disk C: I came across Everywhere/Indexed Locations folders and they are bloated full of files, etc, can you safely delete the contents.

type

indexing options, press enter


select the locations you want indexed, and filetypes (advanced)

in advanced, click rebuild.



or you could disable the service if you don't want it (not recommended)
