Can you do me a favour please?

I love Google Photos and when I take pictures I like to edit them and mainly crop them.
Android works flawlessly however running Windows 10 Google Photos Edit in Opera, Edge & Chrome causes the web browsers to freeze, the only one that works is Firefox.

Can somebody with Google Photos and any of the above browsers test it for me please?

Just cropped a photo in Google photos using chrome browser and it works fine for me.

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS if that matters.

Can anybody else try for me please on Windows?
It won't even work on my wife's laptop on the above browsers, only Firefox.

I just cropped a photo using Chrome on Windows 10. It worked fine.

Could it be the photo itself rather than the browser/machine, especially as it also happens on your wife's laptop?

Can confirm no issues for me on Chrome, Windows 11.
