Can you dual boot win 10 with itself?

Ive decided its time to share the pc with my son, but am worried he’ll do something crazy to trash it. He has form...

So can I install my 10 Pro on 1 ssd and his 10 Home on another using the same mobo, cpu, gpu etc?

Both PCs to operate as separate individual units.

If they made a lagfree kvm I’d take it, but don’t really have the space for 2 PCs.

Yeah, however it can get confusing at times which install is which. You can also install two copies of windows 10 on the same drive.

Have you tried just giving him a different user account without admin privileges etc?

This^^ , and there's freeware software out there to block him from downloading executables, accessing system files or visiting certain sites.

I have bought a Lian Li sata power switch which should do the job. not the cheapest solution, but in principle seems spot on. If the drives aren't powered up, it should act just like 2 separate PCs using same hardware, overclock, etc.
