Can you game on a Radeon Pro W7800?

Obviously I wouldn't buy one with the intention of gaming, but if you had one, can you game on them?

If so, is there an approximate equivalent against a proper gaming card?

depend on the game., looking it up, I did not realise how decent the specs of a w800 pro are
why, do you have the option of getting one for free/cheap?

Asking for my brother, his work gave him one.
