Can you get a combined telephone socket and cat5 connection plate?

I have only enough space for a single plate, can you get a combined cat5 and phone socket plate? I know cat5 connectors are called RJ45, are phone sockets called RJ-something-something?

I need to know what to search for as google isn't turning up anything useful...

Yup, I know you can certainly get modular fronts that will take two of various fittings (phone, network etc*) in a single width plate (you mix and match the connectors), and i'm sure i've seen the same sort of thing with the fittings permanently set in place

*I think Crabtree make some, and are sold at the likes of Screwfix

That's for splitting phone and broadband, not sockets for phone and cat5.

Edit: it's RJ11 and BT connector not RJ45

Have a look for modular faceplates. Get a CAT5/6 module for one side and a PSTN module for the other.

I used multiple RJ45 sockets. RJ11 cables can plug into RJ45 sockets.
