If I have a monitor with only 1 x DVI input, yet want to use a PC (DVI) and a games console (HDMI), is there any way for me to buy a splitter to switch between them?

For what it's worth, I currently also have a small DVI>HDMI adaptor, so the monitor can either be 1 x DVI input OR 1 x HDMI input. Thanks in advance :)

Thanks, but now I have re-thought my question!! Picture the scenario...

- I plug the DVI>HDMI adaptor into the monitor = monitor now has 1 x HDMI input.
- I have a DVI>HDMI cable, which could be plugged into DVI output of PC = PC now outputting via HDMI.
- Games console outputting via HDMI.

Therefore, 1 x HDMI Input and 2 x HDMI Outputs. Can I just get an HDMI splitter box? Can you get manual ones, as I want to have both powered up at once and switch between the two?

You can buy HDMI switches which do the exact same thing. Not sure if the HDCP function would be impaired, would be fine for the PC, since its essentially outputting DVI.
