Can you get bots for cs 1.6 non steam?

I'm at uni and so cannot play CS over the net because they've blocked the required ports. We do got a non steam .exe and so can play, but cannot find any bot programs to run. Any ideas? TIA.

i think they were called POD bots? years since i used them though. Install Source instead

Z-Bot.

They don't need waypoints like most other bots, they learn the map when you first load it up taking about 20 seconds.
