Can you get instagram to load photos only from an email?

So, I can see that you can do this easily with Flickr, but think its on its way out.

You can do this with twitter, but I just want to load in the image - not the text.

Doesn't look like you can do this with Facebook, google photos, or Instagram. Any ideas, as these ones seem to be more popular?

As for Instagram, you can't as far as I am aware. You could possibly write something that could do this or look at a social media platform such as hootsuite.
