Can you get out the room?

This thing should have come with basic instructions. :mad:

No spoilers please, but how do you interact with the stuff you have? I have an item but if I click it, it just follows my mouse pointer around. I click on 'I' for information and it just zooms in. I can see what I need to extract, but can't find a way to extract it. :confused:
 
how do you actually use items?

i have the key for suitcase and two metal discs that look like you put them in the wall? I dunno

That's pretty much it. Click the item where you want to use it. If you bring up the info screen you can interact with some times, either by clicking on them or clicking other items onto them. If it's not doing anything then it's the wrong item! ;)

still cant do it anything i click anywhere doesnt interact, either im being stoopid or this game doesnt like safari
 
I've got a piece of paper from underneath the chair, a button thing from the side of the da vinci paintin and a test tube from inside that panel on the left. Stuck now.
