Can you guys please help spec me a Black Friday budget cammera

Hey guys, want to get one of my parents the best camera I can for Xmas. I have £430 saved and want to get one on Black Friday. Any recommendations

was looking at this

100d wouldn't be a bad way to start learning photography but you may be better off looking for 650d/700d cameras. The 100d is mostly about being a small camera whereas the 650d/700d are just a regular entry level DSLR.

The 1200d is the cheap entry level camera so this could be worth considering.

As far as whether it's a good price or not, you're better off comparing prices to UK stores and online sellers like Wex Photographic etc to give you an idea of whether it's a good deal or not.

Also consider the Nikon D3200/3300/5200*/5300* if they show up on deals too.

(*May not fit in budget even in Black Friday but worth the push if you can)

D3300 deal with £30 cashback plus free accessory pack, etc

Have a look at WEX used. Really good and you get a 12 month warranty.

Used them recently for 2 cameras (both 9 & 10 rating) and were in excellent condition.

If you want to see how much of a "bargain" the camera actually is then use camerapricebuster.co.uk . It lists almost every DSLR/CSC and lens and catalogues most shops that sell them, giving both the cheapest price you can buy it now and historic prices.

Edit: Amazon does appear to be the cheapest for the camera at the moment.
