Can you hard lock the GPU overclock?

When you overclock the GPU in CCC it only remains whilst the program is running, is that correct?

Is there any way to hard lock the GPU to keep the new overclock settings permanently?

Depending upon what card you have and how familier you are with the bios you could use the ATI bios editor to change the clocks to what ever you want. Otherwise you could use ati tray tool to auto overclock the card upon it booting up (set it to boot with windows).

This. No need to mess around with editing bios's and possibly bricking the card.
