I want to venture into watercooling, but have no clue where to start, what do i need, when do i change the water, *** water do i put in it?? lots of questions, if anyone can start me in the right direction please let me know, i dont really want one of the prebuilt box things that go on top of your computer, i want quite a decent setup for my rig in my sig :D

If you bleed it properly and have decent additives, you shouldn't "need" to change the water, although it may make a degree or so of difference after a year or so.

You should use de-ionised water (battery top-up water), with you're choice of anti-algea/water wetter/similar.
 
It's not my area of expertise, but you should post this in the 'overclocking & cooling' forum, where you will get much more expert advise.
