Bigger box!
Hi,

Got a Boogie Bug Extreme XXL mat free with a mobo.
Thought I'd give it a try and turns out it's pretty awesome, only problem being that one end curls up from being rolled up in the tube it came in..

If you've not seen one before, apart from being huge, it's like a standard old fashioned moue mat.
Foam stuff on the underside and a shiny smooth material on top...

So, can I iron it do you reckon? Will that make a difference?

I'd normally just crack on and do it, it's hardly a big deal is it, but I'd be ****** off if I melted it or it got extra curly because of the heat or steam, so I figured it was worth taking 30 seconds to ask if anyone's done it :)

Roll it up in the opposite way from how it's curling, then place it in it's shipping tube overnight. This cured curling on mine.

I wouldn't iron it. The underside is rubber and the material on the top is likely to be a nylon based material of sorts and will likely melt if you put an iron on it.

Do as setter says or plonk it under your mattress before you go to bed tonight.

Do not iron it, not sure the specifics on that pad but they are almost always made from materials that would melt horribly under an iron.

BEANS, step AWAY from the iron!
:D
as suggested roll it up the other way for a day or so. Can always use double sided tape as a last resort. ;)

Could always iron it with a thick towel over the top. Although I'm not guaranteeing this would stop it from melting.

Its just what my mummy does with my good trousers.... :D
