Hey guys I've got myself a Dell U2711 and I love it, its native res is 2560x1440 but I would really love to have it at 1920x1080 or somewhere in between, but of course its not as crisp as its native resoltion when you set it lower.

Is there any way to make it look like its native res when you set it lower?

Things are just a bit too small at 2560x1440 thats the problem im having, but nothing looks as good at lower res. :p

Use less of the physical panel size and do not scale the image. Either via the monitor options or drivers, whichever supports changing the scaling.

Usually known as 1:1 pixel mapping in monitor options.

You are going to lose a fair amount of physical space though.

You could try changing the windows DPI settings... Also, one wonders, if everything is so small why buy such a high resolution monitor? :p
