Can YOU max out every game?

I was wondering how many people can actually play their games on the highest settings? (Native resolution)

I can max ALL games with my 3870x2 with 800x600 resolution

As for mafia 2 the x-fire profiles are broken, at least that is what I have read.

I thought the Q6700 is a very capable cpu and will last a few more years!
