Evening all just curious to know if its possible to monitor CPU temps while gaming, i have my MSI afterburner showing me my GPU temp which is always quite handy. I was just playing GTA and my machine restarted never done that before ever even tho my PII 955 C2 is clocked at 3.8ghz its always been as stable as a rock. Im guessing it could be down to the fact my room is very warm now with it being summer, normally my room is like a freezer and it idles at 30c but now idileing at 40c. I have core temp and HW monitor installed but cant see an option to have them viewed in game

any ideas?

Many Thanks

thanks guys, muel do you use both screens when gaming or just one? i have considered getting another 20" samsung monitor but was not to sure how to setup dual monitors would you be able to give me some advice?

thanks a mill

thanks for that muel. if i was to get myself another monitor is it as simple as just connecting it up to the 2nd dvi port on my 5850? dont think i will use it for gaming but more for just viewing. i was looking into a dual monitor gaming setup but i only have a single 5850 and i imagine a cross fire setup would be better for it to work. my monitor is only 20" as well with a max res of 1600x900 so dont think i would really benefit from cross fire would i. This would mean a new board and ram as well as i only have 1 pcie 16x and an am2+ board with ddr2 ram :(
