Can you print screen without using the print screen button?

installing or changing or writing anything is probubly not possible, and I doubt the on screen kb would work.
Basically, I need to take some screenshots of an application we are installing on a GP practices computers to write the user guide documentation for them, but for reasons unknown the print screen button is set as the panic/emergency alarm button on their systems. Dont really fancy having the entire surgery rush to my aid every time I print screen!
Id asume this would also apply for the on srcreen kb, but wouldnt fancy trying it out.
