Can you produce input lag for testpurpose?

Is there a way that you can test if you ar sensitive to inouty lag.

I mean. Is there a way to create input lag? In windows

Or are there games/application where you can set input lag to testhow it feels?

(On my way to buy the HP 2475w but wanna test if I can deal with 40ms input lag.)

But remember real life is different and the HP only peaks at 40ms its more like 20ms average.
I am very sensitive to input lag and I felt no lag gaming on the HP. I returnes for other reasons.

Also, you'll need to subtract whatever the lag on your current monitor is to get a somewhat accurate feel.
