can you put ahci on a board that doesnt originally have it

hi there i have a asus p5n32e sli plus and it does not support ahci however i am using a ssd, samsung 64gb mlc

i want to add ahci to this board as i like this board i want to no if it was posible with a pci card or something like this

Yes you would need a separate controller card that supports AHCI, I've no idea if its worth it or not though for an SSD.
