Can you recommend a cheap android phone PURELY on its camera/video quality

I'm looking for an android phone, that I can get cheap 2nd hand (ideally £50 or less) that has very good photo, and especially video camera quality. The idea being to take on holiday to use for the occasional call/text, and take decent quality video without being too worried about it getting stolen/broken.

Don't worry, I wouldn't expect comparable quality to a digital camera for the same price, but under the above conditions could anyone recommend something to look for? I will even look for ones that have a cracked screen or other problem as long as the lcd, camera and phone capabilities were fine.

Tough call but eBay and the HTC one s spring to mind at that price point, possibly one of the sony's.
