Hi Guys,

As title says. I'm trying the trial of TextAlould at the mo and it seems pretty good with its plugins for IE and Outlook, but I would like one to work automatically with msn messenger. Anyone have any other suggestions?

On the same lines, is Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 the best voice recognition software?

Thanks

My brother-in-law is registered blind and uses some software called JAWS on his pc. I dont have any links for it right now though, sorry

Thanks, i'll look into it (not a good choice of words for us registered blind folk:)). At least we still have our sense of humour.

Would there not be some kind of subsidy on this for blind people? I would ask my brother-in-law but we dont talk :) Im fairly sure he wouldnt have paid retail. Oh and he also uses a version of this on his mobile phone too i think.

Have you tried MS SAPI? It's free.

dns 9 worked perfectly for me, after a some training i could write essays in about a 10th of the time it normally takes :D

So your PC dictated the essay and you wrote it down. :p
