Can you recommend some Accessories for a kid bicycle

I just bought my 7 year old niece a new Raleigh EVA 20" bicycle and I could do with some help on choosing these accessories

Bell /horn
Lights
Stand
Lock

Seriously, can't think of much other than a helmet and high-vis top?
