Can you recommend some memory for

and will need some reliable memory to go with it, 16Gb I guess , its just which make, and would it be best in two sticks or 4

If you're just gaming and normal PC stuff then 8GB will be plenty, if you're into video editing and large photo manipulation then 16GB would be worth it
