Can you remove an Excel 2007 Work*sheet* password?

So I've forgotten the worksheet password I set on a work document a year ago and desperately need to be back into it.

Are there any ways to bypass this check / any freeware programs that do it?

Thanks Baxter - was looking at that but only the paid pro version works with excel 2007
