Can you return your mobile if youre not happy wit it?

Can you return your mobile if you're not happy wit it? (I ordered it online).

I've just received my MDA from T-mobile but I`m not too impresed with it after using it for couple of hours. I took it mainly for the internet browsing but its not what I expected really.

Can I give it back and change it for another one/cancell my contract etc?

How long ago did you get it? Every where I have seen do at least 7 days, most do 14.

Just this morning , I still got to spend some time with it but I don't think it will change my mind.

I'm writing this on my MDA. Hopefully by the end of the week Ill get used to it and will want to keep it.
