Hey, long story short
My sapphire 6950 isnt running proper like
In all games im getting slight flicker the sane as if you video record a tv with a phone or camera but not quite that prominant.
Im really unhappy with this card and want rid.
I tried upping voltges, stock clocks, upped clockes and no joy.
Is the above enough for a rma?

Screen is fine was running my old 5770 without any probs

Sounds like you are referring to tearing?

Try enabling Vsync.

Yup, that sounds like tearing. If vsync fixes it then there is nothing wrong with it and you can't really RMA it.

If it is tearing, it'll be down to the extra power the new card has compared to the old one. You'll be getting more FPS = tearing above 60!

Na dont think its tearing, its hitting about 40fps on a mix of high and ultra with msaa x2, this happens on any setting i put it on, like i say its more like a black cloud that runs from bottom to top.

Yes also peeved bout no shaders but was ready to settle without but cant look past this, the shop has agreed to accept the return so fingers crossed, might get money back just in time for 7950!
