Can you run 1.65v memory on a 1.5v memory board?

As above, would it do any damage? My motherboard MSI 890GXM-G65 states it will take 1.5v memory but most of the ram i have seen so far runs on 1.65v so can i or can i not run 1.65v ram in my system?
