If you're referring to the free version of MBAM, the answer is yes.

In that case, it's one or the other. You shouldn't run more than one real-time AV engine at the same time.

but malwarebytes isn't an anti virus (and I wouldn't even suggest having that placebo posing as an anti virus program called AVG installed on any computer).
