Can you skip levels in HL2?

I keep playing it and getting to ravenholme and for some reason stopping, now i have a new machine i want to just skip to the level after ravenholme, is it possible?

Yes, if you have a search on the net you can get the map names. Then go into the console and type map xxxx and you can start at the level you want then

'sv_unlockedchapters 15' will unlock all levels so you can choose to start from the level after ravenholme.

lol same here, ranged shots with a spinning blade. skilled.

likewise, love the circular saws lol, there is a part where your in a hut and there about about 5 or so zombies comeing up the stairs and you can wipe them all out, i love training them and getting them all in one go lol
